It's the most common complaint in the growth industry: "My followers were delivered, but a few days later they started dropping." If it has happened to you, it's not your imagination, and it's not always the panel's fault. Here's what's really going on and how to protect your order.
Why numbers drop
Social platforms constantly clean up their networks. Several things cause drops:
- Account sweeps. Instagram, TikTok and others regularly remove or freeze accounts they think are inactive or automated. Any follows or likes from those accounts disappear with them.
- Algorithm updates. After a big platform update, low-quality engagement is often removed in bulk.
- Cheap sources. The cheapest services come from the lowest-quality accounts, which are the first to be cleaned up.
- Delivery that's too fast. A sudden spike looks unnatural and is more likely to be reviewed.
Drops of 5–20% over a few weeks are common on cheap services. Good services drop far less.
How to choose services that hold
- Pick the right quality tier. On Zocials every service is labelled Basic, Medium or Elite. Basic is cheapest and drops most. Medium and Elite come from better sources and hold much better, which is worth it for a business page.
- Look for "non-drop" or "stable" in the service details. These services are built to survive platform clean-ups.
- Use Reliable mode. Zocials has two modes: Cheap for the lowest prices and Reliable for premium, more stable services. If drops bother you, switch to Reliable.
- Slow it down. Use drip-feed to spread delivery over several runs. Growth that looks natural is more likely to stay. See our drip-feed guide.
What a refill guarantee is
A refill guarantee means: if numbers drop within a set period (for example 30 days, 365 days or lifetime), the provider tops them back up for free.
On Zocials, every service shows its refill period before you buy. If you see "Refill: 30D", any drop within 30 days of delivery can be refilled at no cost.
How to request a refill
- Open Orders on the website (or My Orders in the Telegram bot).
- Find the completed order. Orders with a refill guarantee show a Refill button.
- Tap it. The refill is queued automatically and you can follow its status.
A few tips:
- Wait until the order is completed before requesting a refill.
- Refills restore the number you originally ordered; they don't add extra.
- If a service says "Refill: No", drops aren't covered. That's why those services cost less.
What to do if your followers keep dropping
If a business page keeps losing followers week after week:
- Check whether the original order had a refill period, and use it.
- For future orders, move up a tier to Elite with a long refill.
- Avoid ordering huge amounts at once on a small account.
- Keep posting. Accounts with real activity are treated as healthier, and engagement on them tends to hold better.

The bottom line
Drops happen across the whole industry, but they're manageable. Choose a quality that fits the account, prefer services with a refill guarantee, deliver gradually, and use your free refills. Ready to order something that holds? Browse Instagram followers and filter for Elite or refill services.
