Refund Policy

Automatic refunds

If an order is cancelled or only partly delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet automatically.

Wallet credit

Funds added to your wallet are used to pay for orders. Unused wallet credit can be refunded on request within 7 days of funding if none of that credit has been spent; payment provider fees are not refundable.

Drops and refill

Services marked with refill are refilled within the stated period if engagement drops. Services without refill are not covered once delivered.

Wrong links or private accounts

Orders placed on the wrong link, or on a private account, cannot be refunded once started. Please double-check before ordering.

Missing payments

If you paid but your wallet wasn't credited, open a ticket in Telegram support with your receipt and we will fix it.
