What we collect

Account details (email address, or Telegram ID and username, or Google account email and name), your wallet balance and transaction history, your orders and the links you submit, and support conversations. We also keep basic technical data such as IP address for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To run your account, deliver orders through our supplier panels, process payments and refunds, provide support (including our AI assistant), prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Order links and quantities are shared with our service suppliers so they can deliver your order. Payment providers process payments. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that sign-ins come from real people. Google and Telegram handle their own sign-in. Support chats may be processed by an AI provider to generate replies. We keep chats with Guapo, our AI assistant, so our team can review them and improve support. We share data when required by law.

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember chat preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your sign-in details; some records may be kept where we must by law or to prevent fraud.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are signed, and sign-in is protected against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your sign-in methods private.
